The first cable I received was defective. At first it worked fine but the rates were pretty average (70MB / s). After 3 weeks, the cable started messing around. We had several connections to the PC detects the HDD. After a month, the cable was not working at all.
I left a comment here and the manufacturer's customer service came back to me. They offered me a new cable, sent to their cost, without the need to return the defective cable. This replacement cable arrived very quickly.
I use it for some months now and so far, no problems to report. The hard disk is recognized each time and finally my rates are correct: 90MB / s write against 120MB / s read on average.
My ratings for this cable is increased from 1/5 to 5/5. I fully admit a defective product when the customer service ensures behind and there it was. Not only have they made the right gesture of goodwill, but they did quickly and without that I have nothing to ask. And the cable they sent me works perfectly. I will be ordering again with them again and would encourage you to do the same.
