The Chromebook can hold in one hand, without preparing larger circumstances. The processing is entirely appropriate for this price. The connections are indeed settled down to the sound jack behind the screen, but how often you change already its USB / HDMI devices? The keyboard feels valuable and respond properly to the attacks. The function keys come when one has learned once, deal with it, repeatedly used. Only the Enter key had a bit may be greater.
The touchpad is very similar to a MAC. It has one-, two- and three-finger gestures. Soon you forget that you once took the left and right mouse buttons. Who wants anyway, can connect a Bluetooth mouse (not tested).
The picture is neat. Who, if not in the graphics professionals, already needs a Retina display? The brightness is sufficient. The display does not reflect.
Unfortunately, the attitude of a second operating system (Ubuntu) has in me does not run smoothly. You can go wrong when attempting however nothing. Once else fails, simply reset the device. Through the online synchronization is never loses its data and settings. Tip for people like me who dare with dangerous smattering of knowledge once the software!
My external hard drive could be easily connected. My USB flash drives are also recognized. The files could be so far all open. Even video and audio files played by the Chromebook in the browser perfectly.
There is really not much more to say than: Try! For the unbeatable price of just over 250 euros you get in my opinion no better device that (ie completely without noise) is so accurate and fast and yet so quiet.
