Especially pleasant I find that the aperture and aperture priority functions normally at Pentaxkameras, the lens has namely an "A" position. Along with the focus event, exposure times beyond one 1000th of a second and continuous shooting, I manage to photograph dogs at a gallop, and with aperture F1.4 with cloudy sky ... So actually presentable images that are not only sharp but also simply "more "look, there are really pleasant by the large aperture front and creamy background blurred. My K200D is from 2008 and provides certainly not the dynamic range of a modern camera, but I feel the contrasts of Walimex lens just terrific. With this part, I now know erstrecht, which is why you should not take pictures around noon in full sunlight)
Chromatic aberrations produced this lens even, purple and green fringes, for example when photographing trees and branches against a bright sky. But that is completely within the normal range at fully open aperture. With Lightroom that is eliminated in a few seconds.
From me full marks and Recommendation. A great lens that I no longer hergebe. And if Samyang (the actual manufacturer) because someday reinpackt an autofocus to an equally reasonable price ... a dream would already!
