I was looking for some time a book on meditation that focused on the practice and who was interested in various problems encountered when starting. I finally found it. This book teaches Vipassana meditation practiced by the Buddhists of Southeast Asia among others. However the religious aspects are watermarked and the author attempts to describe in details the technique of meditation. Then it analyzes all the obstacles that can be encountered in our practice and we provide solutions to address them. In summary, this book is ideal for novice meditator or a beginner.
