I wear it for a week to work in the hospital. Could immediately run there is a whole layer. The shoe is well made and comfortable. I had the narrow model, I'm glad. The actual size is a bit too long, I have back at least 3 cm of space, even though I had otherwise always shoe size 38, which I've also ordered. But it does not interfere with the length, one can make the belt a notch tighter.
