Negative, I find that the instructions supplied is no more than a brief description explaining the activity sensor too insufficient. An instruction manual is really not, because neither are features and functions explained in more potential errors. The buyer is left to itself and must find out with trial and error, as the activity sensor is operated.
From Beurer I'm used to better quality.
As an additional function of the activity sensor is able to measure sleep, so sleep duration and percentage of deep sleep and wakefulness or restless sleep. It is of course difficult to judge the reliability of these measurements yourself, as I hope to sleep rather than to judge my sleep quality, but seems correct measurement was not. When I recovered well and feel almost nine hours slept, I can not possibly have an oversized share of restless sleep.
The app seems to me almost, but not quality, designed, it works well.
