a very satisfied novice

I am a regular shavers for many years, but new to mower. After hesitating between many products, and not really knowing what I would need to maintain a 3-day beard, I opted for this one (the accessory nose earrings part of my selection criteria).
After a month of use, I'm not disappointed.
It is true that the user guide is perplexing when it does not know: that designs that are not enough to understand what all the tips (except for the ears and nose!).
Personally I use 4 of 8 (I do not use any of the 3 combs for the body).
The small precision razor is great for sculpting the beard. the largest razor used on larger surfaces (such as the neck base) and shave very well (I have a hard, flush beard). I am even surprised that Philips has chosen this grid technology for shaving, which does not exist among their products classic razors.
I use a wide lawn for effect 3 days. We must learn how to position it on the skin, if not, AC may cause some inconvenience (uncut hair or bite from the corners of the mouth, not very nice ..).
The tip nose-ears is quite effective because it goes everywhere, but the classic rotary razor head may be better (on accessible parts).
The clipping of the tips is simple, but 1 out of 3 I position it upside: lack of experience or a little baffled by the position of the on / off button I will not remember the good side ??
Cleaning is easy. However, there is no harm brush supplied to clean the clippers. I use that of an old clipper hair that I kept, which is sometimes better than simply blowing to avoid dispersing the hair in all directions.
side battery, not yet tested the longevity.
The plastic case is zero because the lid does not eclipse and take evil ends => to throw. This is the only really negative point to this article.
The delivered package is really not sexy (I knew better bcp with Philips shavers), but it is convenient because it can contain all accessories. The adapter is 110-220V, it's silly but note for those traveling like me, it's no surprise.
To conclude: I do not regret this purchase, made more with Philips promoting // Amazon that has made a very good price / quality ratio.
