From 1967 to 1974, the great Nina Simone was under contract RCA (now Sony Music). In this period of great agitations, 9 albums were released: - Nina Simone Sings the Blues (1967) - Silk & Soul (1967) - 'Nuff Said (1968) - Nina Simone & Piano (1969) - To Love Somebody (1969) - Black Gold (1970) - Here Comes The Sun (1971) - Emergency Ward (1972) - It Is Finished (1974) All Package albums have bonus tracks (35 rare recordings of Nina Simone at all!). Magnificent albums, often very committed, Nina Simone, besides his own compositions, The Bee Gees singer Leonard Cohen, Bob Dylan, Willie Dixon, Geoges Gershwin, Harrisson Gorges, Randy Newman and others. The albums are remastered by engineer Mark Wilder (a reference!). A small 24-page booklet with complete information on albums and rare photographs of Nina Simone Studio is slid into the box. The original cardboard sleeves (almost exact replica of the LP) are printed. The price of this package is ridiculous given the quality of this publication.
* Note from 19-11-11 I put 5 stars earlier stages in this box, but I removed one star after reading (thank you George Nuyssen) and found myself on the first CD "Nina Simone Sings the Blues" 2 bonus shares announced on the booklet were absent. Sony Music would it have made a small mistake?
