On the internet and even on the Nivea website still haunts around the old package with the old ingredients. Here in the sensitive version without alcohol No parabens are definitely there.
The ingredients, thanks to code check at this point: Aqua, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, PEG-7 glyceryl cocoate, glycerin, glyceryl glucoside, Bambusa Vulgaris Leaf Stem Extract, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil, Sodium Chloride, Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil, PEG -40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Polyquaternium-7, Styrene / Acrylates Copolymer, Citric Acid, PEG-200 hydrogenated glyceryl palmate, glyceryl palmate, glyceryl stearate SE, Sodium Benzoate, Linalool, Limonene, Parfum
Addendum: you never stop learning. Used to be the villain silicone, so it is now the Polyquaternium (included here). It is used as a thickening agent, and apparently produces the gel look. It is also used as a film former, and causes spots on the order had come into contact laundering. And in the sewage treatment plant there is also reduced insufficiently. At least it seems but no trigger Allergieen insofar as the shower gel is already sensitive. I can recommend it but not so.
