I have issued restrictions on 2 color cartridges part of this order, having had to use one yesterday, same problem as with the black. So I opened the second, same thing, is not recognized by my printer like black. I will return to you all of these cartridges with the least we can say is they do not work, the shipment will be made shortly at my expense, in order not to be suspected of misuse or other ... There will be no need to replace the color cartridges me, having no intention of dealing with your company for my ink needs. With all my regrets.
