Since then the performance has yet changed with regard to some.
First problems were encountered when operating the Power buttons sometimes a purple screen. Everything by pressing the On / Off button but then returned to normal.
The battery life was unacceptable to 2530mAh in the beginning. Max. 1.5 days were in 3G operating in it. I was severely disappointed. In the household a Galaxy S3 is the loosely lasts twice as long, despite smaller batteries.
So let's wait for Jelly Bean ...
The update came a few days ago and brought with respect to the performance improvement already. Homescreens run more smoothly, the purple screen since the update came not once more before. The camera will now also better pictures and recorded videos are also quite good.
But the battery consumption ... No improvement!
In WLAN and 2G standby times were really great but when 3G was actively went rapidly downhill with the battery cell.
In forums I found no satisfactory answer to this problem
The customer support from Motorola recommended a Full Wipe perform. That was the solution. Battery now lasts even in bad 3G reception and moderate use of at least 2 days. Subjectively, the consumption now appears to be less even in active use.
CAUTION: a full wipe all personal data and settings will be deleted !!!
Here is the information about the called Full Wipe by Motorola:

Pro:
- Super processing
- Non-slip back. The S3'd constantly slip out of hand
- Super speakerphone which also earned its name (have several times tried in the car)
- Great screen
- Software close Stock Android
- Smart Actions are a wicked thing but where one company with the bitten apple is doing so great advertisement for similar functions. Finds fine if you come home and WLAN starts, the volume of the ringing changes or overnight the tone and mobile data. Yes, even for important numbers you can activate the ringing in silent mode at night. Very clever tool and customizable for almost every user type!
Cons:
- The S3 is more comfortable in your pocket!
- The performance of the S3 is still NEN pink better. Run home screens and liquid Apps launch quickly. That's my opinion, but complain at a high level!

Update Now after 3 months
Performance is further enhanced by updates.
eg Chrome was still slightly jerky with Jelly Bean. Current version again significantly liquid ...
The Swype keyboard I've learned to love meanwhile (me the disc I just). Works fine and fast is very fault tolerant.
Smart Actions are not always one hundred percent reliable. WLAN z. B. is not always reliable and off
And last but not least are the 2G operating fewer than 5 days standby possible with little use. If the next socket is times on vacation not available every day.
These are almost back battery life how she was used to from the non-smart phone era ;-)
I'm still very enthusiastic about look, feel and technique!
Kudos to Motorola and a shame that such a great package in the superiority of such other large manufacturers goes down!
