paperback comic album hardcover old rigid (1984/1966/1938) relating the seventh adventure of the famous characters created by Hergé; in this episode is one of the oldest in the series but has been completely updated in the 1960s, the plot concerns an international gang of counterfeiters and she gave us a tour of England and Scotland; the main characters are all still all there, no captain haddock and swearing, no sunflower or Castafiore; they are found against by Thomson / t and spectacular waterfalls; it adds the famous Dr. Müller and horrible that one will find in the black gold; Some gags are passed to posterity as when Tintin stuns stepping on a rake or caravan that stands out; unlike the very early episodes of the 30 that are sometimes questionable (simplistic, racism), this adventure of the famous hero reporter is much more successful and is marked in the memory of all the Tintin (especially because of the terrifying monster that turns out to be a poor captive gorilla affection evil); it seems that there is a first pre-war version with vintage vehicles (this explains the invraissemblable air cascade Dupond / t with old biplanes, all other means of transport have been upgraded in this remastering and dating 60s); finally a classic we all already read but which nevertheless gives an intense pleasure to read; cheap occasions it is quite hard for this version that allows to renew a collection that has suffered over time; this rigid version is best for the library but this is not a real binding because the leaves can come off like a paperback version so try to be cautious when handling (that is wishful thinking especially with children)
