Absolute top Support!

How many have posted before me, the glass pane was thanks to good instructions and the enclosed materials very well attach to the iPad. I had after attaching some small bubbles, but this I could afterwards easily "push away" or disappeared after a short time. The glass itself I would not accurately be described as 100%, as is about 1mm free at the edges. Still, I find the fit very well and protects your iPad accordingly. The glass feels when using for me better, than the original glass because the finger felt better glide, leaving far fewer fingerprints. However, it seems to me as if the Anchor glass reflect more than the Ipad glass. I suppose but, if you purchase in order to protect my precious Ipad.

What was annoying was that the anchor sheet of glass after just one day use (used in the original Apple Smart Case) had already received three small scratches. These were clear to see and feel with your fingernail also. That's why I turned me by mail to support anchor and which described my problem. After a further mail with photographic evidence to document my anchor has unhesitatingly sent a replacement without additional cost for me. From the complaint mail until such time as the replacement was in my mailbox, it took only 3-4 days!
For such a simple customer support there is from me 5 stars !!!
