First off the delivery was faster than announced. At 26.03. ordered and at 28.03. obtain. The shoes fit like a glove. They are much lighter than my previous showing after about 900 Km to the insole, the first signs of wear. Hopefully keep the new just as long. Today it is the first hike of around 20 km and 492 meters in altitude. No bruises or feel they have to run in the shoes first. So a really good shoe, especially for the price. However, it may be that in heavy rain or snow (a year ago it was about 20 cm high), the shoe is not as watertight as my previous. That remains to be seen and to try. I will then supplement these experiences.
Here is the promised supplement: With the shoes I've now around 200km mountain Brawling downhill behind me. I'm still completely satisfied. Very convenient and robust. Today however, I have made a tour in very wet conditions. And after about 45 minutes by soaking knee-high grasses and dripping bushes (at the end of the route), my feet were a bit damp. That was not so bad or even disturbing, because it was still 20 degrees. For the coming autumn and winter I'm going to but then must define more waterproof shoes. My rating is, there was actually no longer be expected in this very light shoe.
