I bought the chest strap to my Garmin Oregon 300. Laid out, set at Oregon and Oregon already shows the heart rate to. Toll, very easy. Unfortunately, the belt is quite expensive. A belt, similar to the textile belt from Polar would be desirable. Here the belt is indeed functional, but with its large, rigid Pulsaufnehmer not very progressive. Too bad also that one is dependent on the Garmingurt and there is no frequency adjustment with a Polar belt! The already possess many athletes and would like an additional heart rate measurement to its much more versatile Polar heart rate monitor have.
