I use the miniHomer for data logging, un bear my photos with geodata. I initially bought the Blumax Bluetooth GPS-4044 Data Logger, but I never got the USB driver running under Win7 64bit. The miniHomer could be installed easily and without problems. You need enter no serial number, it is stored on the miniHomer. Operation is Ok, device is its small size. GPS reception good, even if the miniHomer has been times in your pocket. The accuracy of the data is very good if you afterwards displays the logged data on the card itself. Does the satellite reception is lost, "jump" eg driving through a tunnel, the coordinates shortly. Software NTRIP is OK. Seems to be a product that not only stores the data in a proprietary format. Need the software only to convert the data into a usable format (NMEA) and then to be written with Geosetter in the RAW files. After I had experienced with the Bluemax a letdown and the miniHomer was contemplating, I contacted support by email. All questions were answered quickly and competently. Practically also the printed User's Manual. So, I was looking for a data logger and the miniHomer does its job very well. Five Star earned.
