Actually an ingenious mouse -

if it were not for the problem with the intermittent mouse.
After the battery was charged, I took the mouse in operation.
The first half hour of using the new mouse was really great. They felt good, the keys were there, where they belong and it looks very good. Software partly filled, keys are assigned, all right. After about half an hour of intensive use, came a little break in which I did not move the mouse. After the mouse is not moving anymore. The modifier keys continued to work properly. I had aus.- the mouse with the switch at the bottom and on again. Then the mouse was working again. Until the next break. And I realized that you bring the mouse back to the lateral DPI switch was to move the pointer on the screen. The mouse is connected to another PC, the same error!
Packed mouse returned "supply spare" with the remark. Believing to have found my perfect mouse!

As usual with Amazon, the new GXT 35 was there the next day.
The disappointment did but then not long in coming. There was exactly the same error as in the first.
Contacted Trust, unfortunately goes only by e-mail. Simple answer Trust the next day: "Error is not known to us"
In the meantime, the GXT 35 more other PC's and laptops to try, with USB 2.0, 3.0, with cable radio, always the same error. Uninstalled drivers, the same error with Microsoft drivers. Drivers reinstalled, the same error.
Tentatively connected my old Logitech wireless mouse, no problems, the Microsoft mouse my wife, also no problem.
Searched the internet for the same faults in others, to no avail.
I did bring me to the conclusion that my ideal mouse but has a quirk that makes them unusable.
So mouse re-wrapped and sent back.
Pity of us could have what are.
