Actually, just like Far Cry 3, but - Never change a running system!

After I was very excited about Far Cry 3, I feverishly the release of Far Cry 4 opposed.
Unfortunately, I have at Ubisoft also feared that there could be some problems at the launch - and I was right.

1) Story
The characters are great for part - even if you learn of many very little. In particular, over the "4 main villains" one experiences in my eyes a bit too little.
The individual scenes are, as before, great staging.
I think the story is a matter of taste. I am personally interested in the topic of FC4 not really.
For me, as a huge fan of FC3, it is unfortunately quite a large step backwards in terms of the story.

In addition to the story there emulate good stuff. Bell towers and sentries must be taken, but will receive their rewards and sets the respective area in the hands of the Golden path (the "good" faction).
One has been improved compared to the third part: Have you taken the Sentinel, it is no longer so that in each territory happened anything more. Your even come across some Karma events in which civilians or their allies can save and even so are still some enemies on the way.
The bell towers are now guarded by the enemy - at least in part.
What personally but something bothers me are the permanent emergency calls of allies if the conquered outpost under attack by the enemies. Some may celebrate - I personally hate something abysmally. But as I said ... to each his own, which is a matter of taste!
Also, I find that the animal attacks take some overhand. That one occasion by wild animals such as a tiger, attacked, is yes ok ... but that me all 100m a stupid bird attacks, annoying in the long run a bit. Especially when you're just about to sneak into an enemy outpost!
Apart from this, there are also the arena in which you can put in some disciplines your skills.
Also hostage rescue operations or raids on enemy columns are a nice novelty and a nice break between the main missions.

All in all, a great improvement in terms of what is happening between the main missions.
Unfortunately, a, in my eyes, strong step backwards in terms of the story. Too bad!

2) Graphics
In the graphic you can not complain.
I can actually play pretty much anything to "High" or "Ultra" with my PC. Far Cry 4 makes me because at the moment still a spanner in the works. I say extra "yet" because I 3 had the same problem with Far Cry, which was but then after a few patches gefixed or video drivers.
In particular, I have to do with extremely strong lags while I drive by car or fly the gyrocopter on the Map.
Therefore, I can not play at maximum settings, but must rather me stop in the middle. However, this is not so bad because it looks awesome even on medium settings! About Same level as Far Cry. 3

3) Map
The map will probably be a matter of taste. The change between large forest areas, steep slopes and snow-covered areas is quite chic and like it very much.
Compared to Far Cry 3 me, however, the Asian island setting liked much more.
However, no cons for me, as I said - the new map I like good anyway!

4) Technology
On the subject of technology you can actually say only one thing: Ubisoft!
Ubisoft created good games, no question. However, they rarely publish finished games.
Many had in Far Cry 4 to do with a very fatal mistake, which did not start the game, if you had certain USB devices connected to the PC.
I was spared, with me only rushed the game a few minutes after starting the game off.
However, that was not directly due to the game, but to the Uplay platform, which had the game not downloaded properly. After I left the game check for errors, these were found and fixed. Then it ran!

5) Conclusion
On the whole, I had a lot of fun with the game.
The story was a bit too short, although there were enough emulate and discover.
The firefights a lot of fun. Since each outpost is set up differently, you knobelt desöfteren how now occupies this most effectively. The bait, which can be used to attract wild animals to distract help.

The third part, I would give 5 stars.
I 4 from the total package here is not quite as enthralling and captivating find Far Cry, as the previous section, there are only 4 stars from me!

Nevertheless, a full purchase recommendation for anyone who also liked the third part! :-)
