Ordered I had then directly from China, which worked quite well but that's not the issue here.
For remote control:
Keyboard
========
Busy she is with the English keyboard layout (QWERTY), sometimes resulting in special characters in longer viewfinder land. Below are some additional keys, such as ([...] .com, Search, Home, etc.) that are currently not working with me, but this can be changed by remapping. However, this requires some basic knowledge.
Numbers and special characters can be activated with the Fn key. This is the beginning to be a little confusing, since the special keys remain active until the Fn key is pressed again. The same applies to the capitalization. If both modes enabled to come very strange characters out;)
The keys themselves are relatively soft and quite pleasant at typing. With practice, results in a relatively fixed jog speed.
Mouse Function
============
The Mele F10 is a so-called FlyMouse. This means that it senses movement. Anyone who has ever had a Wii Remote in hand, will know this principle. However, the mouse only responds to movements, not on the Show / punchlines. Means in practice that I can use the mouse pointing also to the ceiling.
Buttons on the front
==========================
Combined with the Android-stick I have at the front keys: Enter / left click, back button, jumping up and volume. All other buttons have no default function. As already mentioned, this can be modified via various key mapping.
Processing
============
I must honestly confess that I was surprised positively received by the processing. Maybe it was also because I was wary of no-name products China then. It is not outstanding but presentable. And while we're at handsomely just that fingerprints are ever seen, thanks piano lacquer.
Operation / Compatibility
========================
The FB has been detected both in all test computers and on Android stick immediately. However, it has on the PC on the front a slightly different key assignments. The Bluetooth receiver might be slightly smaller in my opinion. Comparatively this is zimelich large.
Operation with the mouse succeeds very well as a rule, even if it is sometimes very sensitive.
An advantage in Mele, over some other models is that the mouse is disabled when you turn the remote control to type to it.
The Bluetooth reception is stable with me at about four meters.
Accumulator
=======
It is operated by a fixed Mele verbautem battery which is charged via a USB port. One battery charge lasts me usually two to three months, at about an hour use a day. This is only an approximate value, as I rather use the weekend.
That the battery will slowly empty, makes itself noticeable while typing. Because then it can happen sometimes that suddenly two or three letters appear at the touch of a button.
Conclusion
=====
On the whole, I can recommend the remote control. Point deduction is available for the permanently installed battery, the English keyboard layout and the piano lacquer (fingerprints, slight rubbings). Otherwise, I'm actually quite happy.
