The garlic taste or off-smell is absolutely not pushy, but it has in itself.
If you like garlic like and can do without the goodnight kiss, it is love.
Lemongrass (green) and ginger (yellow):
Undoubtedly, the two most unusual for Central European taste buds of six varieties in the package.
The lemongrass variant I find particularly tasty, if you drop at a time are on a fresh salad, which gives it a particularly spicy, just slightly "Asian" flavor.
The ginger sauce I am unhappy a little, but what's up to me, I'm not a big fan of ginger times now.
But even I have to say that the ginger flavor not too pushy vorschmeckt.

The varieties sharp, extra sharp, onion and garlic are suited to almost all, the other two are something special, should friends of Asian cuisine or simply anything that is sharp, but also tried at least once.
