Adheres consistently to my playlist

Even after a few months Gregory Porter album pushes forward when I rummage in my digital music library. The 42 year old, born in LA jazz singer has a memorable voice that comes to great advantage in many more slow songs. The thrifty instrumentation does not impose himself to the fore, as is sometimes the case with jazz musicians.

Highlights: "Liquid Spirit" is a slightly faster track that consistently by clapping ("Clap your hands now!") Is kept in pace. "Water under Bridges" is a melancholic song, beautifully sung. "Hey Laura" is perhaps and I think in any case the best tracks on the disk. Under jazz ballads definitely with Hitcharakter. Also "Musical Genocide" is one of my favorites.

No title drops off so that I skip it while listening. One notable movers on mass-compatible jazz heaven. I wait for the next album by Gregory Porter.
