My daughter has a small mouth I wanted a nipple that does not hide his nose to breathe because of that at "mam" hide it and keep it from breathing well. The nipple agreed to my daughter, not hiding his nose and to breathe with all the holes around. By cons pacifier can be a bit long for a new born because my daughter always puts at least two minutes before having it well in the mouth.
