The charger is properly handled and works perfectly - even the original battery (VBK180) can be loaded without any problems. Pleasant are the many current connections (motor cable, USB port, Micro USB and Network tabs) - with the car charger and the power-tabs are included in the delivery. So thus you should, I think, at any time - even on the go - a charging source, see (socket, PC, notebook, car, ...).
The battery is also well handled and fits perfectly into the camcorder and is easily identified by this. The battery life is very good (depending on use about 3 hours).
I can only highly recommend this product to date - the price / performance ratio compared to the original Panasonic products is excellent.
