40-55l: the rain cover, I got no problems throughout the backpack and in my opinion would be even more space for a frontal backpack fastened Isomatte been.
20-33l: No chance. Raincover clearly not fit.

Additional small compression bag to store the rain protection.
At the lodges to own back inside of the rain protection cords are attached, so you can protect something fixed mount / clamp. (If you ever had a major storm coming in so, here ahead before Happy because the elastic band should normally be quite sufficient)

For climbers, hikers etc. I recommend the red version, as you can see the cracking colors everywhere and that is lifesaving in an emergency.
