After 1.5 months Mainboard defective

When I was initially quite happy with the device itself,
I have to give a little air here but my annoyance.
The unit remained during navigation are as frozen, and could no longer be turned off.
So, the thing packed and sent after I had discussed with the Falk service over its paid 0900 number.
At 14:04. it has arrived there, a few days later, the e-mail: Your device is defective motherboard!
That's it for me, no problem.
It is a replacement unit to come.
After repeated requests, both by phone (0900 number with 89ct / min) the last day on 05.05.2014, as well as via e-mail, there is still no news of my replacement device can be reported.
Only a very rude service staff, who told me again that I indeed get a device directly from Asia and that can just take some time.
Frankly, steht`s me up to the top, so I will certainly never for purchase another instrument from Falk.
