After 1 week defective

This is my third laminator and I laminiere by professional use really much. After my previous laminator from Aldi 3 years approximately 1000 laminating processes has held (at about 300-400 Laminating per year), I chose these chic Geha laminator, because he looked very similar to the laminating a colleague. The reviews convinced me to buy the device.
Unfortunately it broke down after about 10 sheets with correct usage. Now it still attracts the slides, but despite heated device is laminated the sides together no longer correct. There several thicknesses of paper and films were tried by different suppliers, but the device is defective. Amazon was willing to take the device back and reimburse the purchase price.
