The Birki-effect is and remains gorgeous. After a day in the office shoes at home to climb into the Birkenstock Gizehs every day again a boon. The Gizehs are tremendously comfortable and also still looking good and stylish to represent without the typical image of the "normal" 2-belt Birkis. The Gizehs fit most (including smart) relaxed outfits. Some cautious "entries" time should approve them (especially when 1.Paar that you can buy) to avoid bubbles, however, as they still are very hard at the beginning, both the sole and the insole .... only shorter, then slowly longer distances and you get used to walking. If they have been registered first, then want they always like to wear. Can join one of the other reviewers, "you Dürte somewhere to take only one pair of shoes, it would be this with me!" Even longer "Rumstehen" easier, your feet do not get tired so fast by far. I buy the Gizehs now for the second time. The first pair has maintained for 3 years when used ... the footbed is now, however, almost completely shredded. Allegedly, there are very different opinions among orthopedic surgeons and physiotherapists how useful the frequent wearing Birkenstock is when you google, you will find some of this information. Allegedly schlafft the foot muscles from when wearing Birkis because the complete foot profile is permanently supported. So what is comfortable and feels healthy, it is not forced. The exchange and wearing different shoes relativize this issue but surely. So if during the day wearing decent leather shoes and evening his Birkis, probably does nothing wrong.
