The consequence was that I the app (I've used it on 2 Kindle Fires) have deleted from the device.
I do not know whether the "PRO" version would be better, but after 2 weeks use of the Kindle Tablets Without this app, I can only say:
I'm fine.
PS: When I look at the application permissions, then I'm even glad I am that thing even. Apps that require my devices over networks or can open network sockets - I find already very suspicious.
