So I went immediately started to do the exercise for the lower back on the wall and fucking: Was that uncomfortable !!!! I then heeded the advice of the guide and to really unangenhemen points remain before it went on centimeter by centimeter. After a few All Repeat one then lived at the feeling. One becomes quite obvious: if so, a slight horizontal print such a small role versursacht such feelings, then there something with the body not vote. After the end of the exercise, I felt already extremely loose but when I sat down came the big surprise: The tension was almost gone!
