After the third use of defective - Complaints very costly

Ordered the plug end August 2014.
First load cycle without problems.
The second time I noticed that the internal white LED is off.
Off and plugging lößte that problem.
At the fourth loading gear much to me again that the light is off.
Since the item is defective. Open not provided. Backup can not be exchanged by me.
No Problem. With Amazon yes the exchange is actually very exemplary to accomplish online.

No way ... In the order summary I can apply to the product is not returned, because the order already dates back over 30 days. No reference for repair / warranty no link - anything - clicking just getting around in circles.

To find the way to complaint one must only times by the idea solve to get about the product or the order further.
You have in the "return center". The link to it is on the order summary at the bottom left: "We will help you" - "returning Made Easy" (funny to sad)
In return center not "return products" below what would be logical. No! Again, very hidden to your left there is "Frequently Asked Questions" And then at the bottom of the link "Find out more about complaints".
It opens a new page: "Returns & Refunds
Complaints "Who now when choosing:
- Complaint within 30 days
- Complaint after 30 days
- Amazon.com Repair Services
The repair service clicks is wrong again. The truth is "complaint after 30 days"
And also just point two out of the question "If the manufacturer does not offer any solution, please contact our customer service. You will then receive a return label via e-mail."
Again a well hidden link to "Our Customer"
Now one has to again re-register with "Amazon". Pure caution, it might be that was admitted in the meantime, the user in the Pats and now carries on the doctor ;-)
After logging continues with "Contact Us"
Here only the last item is displayed, you might think have to be wrong again. But again left the gray box "Choose a different order"
Now you can finally at point 1 select the product at issue. The selection is made with "Submit" instead of "Apply"
Point 2 is again such a maze:
Man Chooses 2.1: "Other about ordering" well hidden among 12 other lines. Caution Under no circumstances "Returns and refunds" click - would be logical - but one is then back out.
Choose from 6 options "Other matters": Now at 2.2
Now we must at 2.3 itself what reinschreiben eg "Simple complaint with irony"
And then you can choose when you want to be contacted 3. as: email / phone / chat.

Phone recommend Amazon.
A few more clicks and the phone rings at home.
It logs a nice staff that is acoustically almost incomprehensible. At my connection it can be hard are, as I speak from a landline. The nice staff thinks I should try it again. But that's too dangerous light me where I nevertheless already times who have on the line.

To my surprise that Amazon wants 10, - Euro back part. I can print a return stamp for DHL or Hermes by email. Makes micht therefore, since the effort to send back yes already costs more. The part moves safely unseen in the residual waste of the manufacturer. Because one can not judge.

I now get a new part and shall upon receipt of the old return. Let's see how much time I there still must tuck.
Seen in Amazon makes it all right and not looking annoyed, simply dispose of the part itself and new order is long at 10, - Euro more rational for the customer.
