For me it was Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate (MH3U) more of a blind purchase. Surely you can find out in advance in the Internet era very well about everything, in the end these are but either facts or features but subjective experience of players. Of course one also my review on these subjective experiences.
For those who want to get with MH3U in the series, the game entry is certainly not the easiest. Initially you will be rather little taken by the hand and feels lost first. The first quests to this thing changed but because the first tasks each broach an aspect of the game and one (rather brief) explanation exists.
If one has to start behind him (on the whole: all quests with an asterisk), the game unfolds. You switch over time new areas free that can come up with other monsters and boss monsters that could kill or catch in a Quest, also roam in free play through the areas and can be combated. My stubborn enemy is currently the Großjaggi because it anew each time trying to do me while I'm just looking for herbs, mushrooms and honey for the production of medicine.
In this context, it makes sense to speak to the difficulty of the game to come: At the beginning of me Großjaggi has very annoyed and maltreated, all too often I have had to swallow 7+ potions for a fight with him to heal me. Meanwhile, I have his attacks and movement patterns so internalized that he can be happy, as a rule, I add 5-6 hits before I then befördere him into the afterlife. Incidentally, this applies to the whole game. The difficulty develops through movement patterns of opponents, not by their strength or forces. If you play alone MH3U and meets for the first time on a new boss, you will usually need to insert relatively large amount of damage and swallow a lot of potions, but with each successive fight takes the from.
In the testimonies that I have read, especially the control of the game and the series has been criticized. A point that I personally can not really understand. Admittedly, the controller is used to, since very extensive. But that was also used to. After about 3-4 hours all went on in the flesh. Annoying as incomprehensible to me is just that the developers have made the camera control in the vertical adjustable in steps, although a continuous camera would have been no problem with the analog stick.
Graphically tears MH3U no trees of which may already be aware of the textures are not very well resolved and the figures edged. Nevertheless, I find the graphics beautifully as wonderfully designed. The weapons and armor look great and the enemy detailed.
Now I dedicate myself to the multiplayer Aspkekt of MH3U. Pleasantly surprised I am that it has given me no lag or disconnects, mind you both on Launch-Day and in the 15-20h, I've spent since online. The multiplayer is the actual mode of living the MH3U. Here there is a wide range of quests that you can unlock over time. Rarely I was with 2 other players go, as a rule, I have three colleagues found. To voice chat, I can not say anything, I've used so far only the on-screen keyboard on the GamePad.
Finally, I can - after about 35-40h in 5 days - the Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate is a very good game. Mich will captivate it for much longer, since I have not seen much everything. Rather, I believe to have seen 50-60% of the game at all. There is still much to discover :-)
