Overall, I am very satisfied.
In a test is made to the not very liquid Android, which would be in a "sloppy" programming rather than the hardware. Very occasionally occurs to me that also, and I hope that Alcatel is help out with an update. A first update is already in the market, so please before individual customization of the phone once the software on the computer (to load directly from Alcatel) and the phone update.
The cover is really good, better and more practical than thought.
Overall, a recommendable phone. I am largely satisfied and the Alcatel has already two (accidental) case tests survived :-) Compared with other top phones I could clearly only awarded 4 stars here, but since I was waiting for a good dual SIM years I have finally a acceptable device in hand.
Samsung, Apple, HTC and Co. refuse to continue to bring high-end dual sim on the German market, although these models are sold by them in Asia. Well, for example, Alcatel and Wiko use this niche and offer in Europe good upper class smartphones.
Addendum: The firmware should be really reworked. Swype gets the phone barely out which is a shame, and sometimes the Software or display zickt something definitely not likely to occur. I do not give the Hero back but and will not go back on my note and a second telephone in order, despite the quirks. If in the coming months to come no further software update that uses the adequate performance of the hardware better, the phone may go back.
Second Addendum:
After forty days I have the little quirks but very annoyed. Unlock, call answering, typing on the keyboard, scroll and more hook and straining my strong nerves. The advantages of dual SIM, the beautiful design, its compact dimensions despite 6 "display and the innovative envelope not weigh in on the dirty programming. With a heavy heart I am again switched to a Samsung Galaxy Note,'ve only just bought the latest model and lo and behold, it is a pleasure to play with the score 3. Alcatel or its parent company should put in the penalty bench a few programmers. Such gambling away a potential of Alcatel Hero so negligently is incredible. If the software errors be corrected, then I can Phone a friend. So I reduce my rating of very benevolently intentioned 5 stars (first impression and potential) in a realistic two star.
