I dance now for 3 months Zumba. I have 1 after 6 weeks already dress size and I take more from. About 3-4 times a week for 60-90 minutes I dance Zumba. I make no additional sports such as jogging, cycling and gym, none of that, only Zumba. I eat chocolate continue, jelly beans or chips, but only in small quantities. My cravings is satisfied by and I ahbe yet taken.
I have during the last 3 months, not on sweets and does not waive Cola or the like.
And yet I have 1 whole dress size that shows how effective it is Zumba.
But what now is not that you just need to dance Zumba and can then apply cram full of chocolate and chips. That would make no sense.
