Since I have an e-reader with no backlight, I needed for this additional illumination. This lamp delivers definitely sufficient light for reading. Depending on how it blended times more or less, but basically it's all right and you can cope. The size is slightly oversized (but which is also due to the support and can probably not be solved otherwise). For the price ok.
