Thanks to their low self-discharge, the Eneloops are ideal for devices that are not constantly in use. As cameras, remote controls, flashlights, etc., so I thought until now. But after reviewing the other reviews I tried the batteries for cordless phones in the home. And was surprised. Not that was printed the symbol of phones on the packaging only, but also the "Performance" in the unit was very good. Although load the lasted an hour longer than usual, but the standby time, or the call duration was much better than indicated on the specifications in the operating instructions. For my Siemens phone for example instead 170Std. now about 200Std. Standby. Whether the talk time on 13Std. goes straight, I can not try out ;-)
So for me, mounted 5 Stars. A friend had with your Philips phones a little less luck. There had Eneloops hardly better values than the old normal batteries. Seems to be mainly due to the charging current and power consumption values of the respective device.
