In a first use I could not find that the door bar marks on the wall or door frame leaves (though I am fighting not just in a heavyweight division).
Of assembly, construction and stability my KETTLER and the Turtle-door bar appeared absolutely comparable, in two respects, the Turtle-door bar remains high back behind the Kettler door bar:
* After assembling my hands were almost black. I had the impression that similar to the pipes still dust everywhere , punching, etc. sits by milling. If you touched the door bar on the cushions, but everything was okay.
* The green upholstery is significantly thinner than the grip pad at the Kettler door bar and are not permanently connected to the tubes, that is, the pad can be rotated and move. If you look at the bar depends slip but not so that I do not have this bothersome.
Addendum: after I have the door bar for a 3/4 year in use, I would even see it more as an advantage that the grip pads are not fixed. Because they are removable and washable.
Unpleasant odors, etc., which has been reported in some other pull-up bars, I could not tell.
Since I do not easily found at all to find a suitable door bar for "old doors", the door bar fits great and is to use properly and because the (in my opinion, not substantially an impact on the use) reductions in quality compared to the Kettler door bar is supported by a considerably cheaper bill (the door bar there are also cheaper elsewhere), there is of me 5 stars.
