This is my first portable HD camcorder, and thus have no experience with other devices.
So, as I have experienced this device?
I now compare the times with a Samsung digital camera small, as these devices also offer the same features.

Probably you just go do not even go with a black ink cartridge. That would be a pretty expensive business!
On the one hand you can say: Yeah, Eco friendly paper saved, but on the other hand, however, I came without these detailed instructions not immediately clear.
I had problems to open the lens cover, or adjust the strap for my hand and individually adjust.
And I'm certainly not the dumbest, as regards technical equipment.
Next, I went first 2 hours by reading the manual me. The was so comprehensive that one feels completely run over and would prefer to look and nachblättern repeatedly, but is not, because .... only on the PC.
So I have got the file stored on my PC.
Furthermore, many settings are possible, I wonder if you really need all that. Advice for a perfect picture, or setting tips are however also found there, which I thought was great.
But
There is also an automatic function that a layman like me, all the settings decreases and automatically adjusts. Guess which is which uses the least often.
One can, for example on special settings. black / white movies turn, or in the old Western look, etc.
In addition, you can also change the settings if you would like to record in HD or standard definition.
For example on Facebook. you should choose when uploading the normal setting, Weil otherwise beyond the scope and can not be uploaded.
In the Cam also an integrated program is installed, which is - with the PC connectedness installed on the PC and offers other editing options.
In addition, the software immediately should be able to upload movies in Youtube and Facebook, for example.
In my testing, unfortunately hats only on Youtube works pretty awkward.
In Facebook only Facebook page has loaded, but not upload a video on Facebook. "Account at FACEBOOK interrupted or failed" states as always.
I then looked up again in the instructions, but I've done everything right.
Too bad grade for Facebook, I found it great.
For me, a further drawback.
We come to the rest:
The zoom works well - as with any other digital clippers also.
The night shots leave lot to be desired.
The audio recordings are in my opinion much too low, even if it is higher.
The display I personally find far too small, but perhaps may not even be greater with such a device?
There is a pause function so that you can use this over and over again can continue recording without another file is created, and you have to laboriously snip along this afterwards.
For me the Cam is not so good in the hand, but is also determined to get used to.

- No intuitive operation
- Poor arrangement of the control buttons - can be so with one hand bad use, without that you get cramps in your fingers.

- Sound level is low
- Upload the clips on FACEBOOK DOES NOT WORK - is only cumbersome with Youtube - as other cams are better

and yet not everyone has of course an Internet connection, because of the owner's manual.
My Opinion:
Only 3 stars because of the lack of instructions, the non-functional built-in software to upload to Facebook and cumbersome and not easy handling of the device!
I was not convinced by this device, and it would not buy me because me the price does not seem justified.
But that must indeed eventually decide for themselves whether he get along with my aforementioned minus points, or sets and other things more value.
