At first I was very unhappy, because the product had not met my expectations and I did not know that return costs are to be borne by the purchaser. For the return I have 10 paid. When I then mistakenly again the bra was sent, instead of the demanded money back, offered me a very obliging waescheshoppy solution, with which I was very pleased. Conclusion: Although the purchase was not a good idea (BH is simply processed offers little maintenance .....) But the seller was very accomodating
