A recognized my hard drives. Up to three at the same time, two self-powered.
By cons did not recognize two USB drives (some old)

After two months, I have had untimely alert messages every 2 minutes, very annoying, "Port usb disabled ..." My hard disk backup time machine was recognized after two. Even changing USB port, or not connecting any devices to this hub: same error message.

Isolated technical problem, reliability ...? Amazon has taken up and paid before I return it: the class!
