I have long back and forth thinking whether I should give the coffee 2 or 3 stars. Ultimately, I decided for 3 stars. It is true, the coffee is very fragrant and creates a gigantic Crema. The first few references to the Perfetto I've done in a tall glass to get a bit better to judge the color (instead of my usual cup). Result: Very dark coffee and 2cm Crema (!). Taste the coffee differs massively from my old coffee, he filled at the first sip of the whole mouth with his flavor (my old there was a bit more reserved, which is why I have also replaced him). The acid is very limited, as it is not very bitter ... but the flavor does not hit my taste. I as a layman would describe it best as earthy, almost a bit musty. Slightly annoying, I now have a whole kilo of this coffee (and it was expensive enough, too) ... I would find desirable times as a kind of Lavazza tasting range (eg. Four different coffees to 250g). Finally, one can say that coffee is always to some extent a matter of taste, it tastes to me not very good and I'll buy him again. Why did I ultimately awarded three stars explained by the fact that the coffee as I said is very fragrant and creates a grandiose Crema.
For the preparation I have a Delonghi coffee machines used also I have tried various grinds and water amounts and am, as the above text suggests, come for me is not conclusive. Too Bad. Let's see how the other beans from Lavazza taste.
ADDENDUM: Of course I did not want to throw away a kilo of coffee, I continued to drink the coffee. The strange thing: from cup to cup tastes good the coffee better, especially if you do not process it to coffee but a coffee it is fantastic, so I correct my vote now to 4 stars (wait times, in ner week Perhaps it is even my favorite coffee ;-)
