Under no circumstances I doubt, however, that this powder has a positive effect, especially as a competitive athlete I refer rather swell vitamins andm ineralien from natural, do not think much of vitamin pills as a dietary supplement, therefore prefer natural supplements ......
but I can only recommend the dose much higher setting than on the package described. I take a day about 3 heaped coffee spoons. but everyone has a different weight and size, for that reason alone can the dose but not generalize.
I do not think that you can die at maca powder from an overdose ;-) so neat "overdose" and then watch then exhibited works, as a tip.
