Retired, I was looking to perfect my morning gym (abs, small weight bench, stepper ..) a treadmill for one low price: the basic models in large sports stores were € 300 I bought on Amazon this mat, shipped very quickly, by carrier, by UK seller very easy to install in 5 minutes (if you read English, because no leaflet in French) English socket adapter but supplied 3-pin not heavy, bulky and not easily foldable concerning the operation: I use 10 minutes a day without pb with my 82 kg, for almost one month
