Installation acc. Manual runs without problems under Windows XP, was tested on a netbook Samsung N 130th
The user interface of the supplied software is self-explanatory, the first search gave us 19 channels, and thus the same result as a stationary DVB-T receiver.
Included is a mini-antenna (see above) with standard connection cable, which is amazing receiving strong. A big difference to a room-gain antenna I could not find anyway.
The picture quality is great, the whole package is pretty small and therefore ideal for mobile use, especially in conjunction with a netbook. However, no one should hope, literally everywhere be able to receive DVB-T in excellent quality. The reception areas are in Germany vary in reception quality and range of channels. When processor utilization (Atom N270) while playing a TV software you can just find 12%, so that the risk of heat death can be ruled out because of the use of the DVB-T sticks.
After several flops in DVB-T sticks AVerMedia is a real highlight, especially when one takes into account the competitive price.
For me, worth a strong buy recommendation!
