I chose this printer from the tests and reviews laser printers on the internet. It seems perfectly placed: a semi-professional tool for efficient use, reliable and fast, HP. A small disappointment commissioning: obviously defective printer that prints correctly on a half page, and despite all my efforts to correct the problem (changed to a new cartridge, shaken to spread the toner ... nothing are done). It can happen to anyone but I chose to AMAZON and I do not regret it, and the proof is: just a mel to signify the defective device in immediate response I am asked if I want a refund or to exchange? I chose the exchange because I remain convinced by the quality of the machine. A new replacement machine comes home in 24h chrono when I have not had time to return the defective machine by post (with a pre-paid label provided by colissimo AMAZON!). In short exchange in 24h chrono that does not cost me that the time to bring the defective machine MAIL. So I say AMAZON HATS OFF! Thank you! PS: the replacement machine works very well and I do not regret my exchange !!!
