I'm happy with this product after 10 days of use. It has 2 speeds, a long wire so very convenient, no storage case (I had a kit in stock for the store but Philips is considered a cheapskate not give !!!) makes a noise like all epilators, but does its job. To have been more expensive in the past, it is clearly sufficient. Question pain; not to tell of history: hair removal is never pleasant but with this model, it is not that bad. Tips before waxing: Do not wait until the hair is too long, make a scrub just before waxing also -évite incarnés- the hair and act like men who shave = tweezers when you go out of the shower (dry skin obviously) = the skin is still softened by the warmth of the water and stretch the skin while epilating.
