Since I never had a doubt about Anette and her solo music, my expectations were very high on the album and they were not disappointed. Not at all, "Shine" delivers what was promised in advance, a good mix of rock and pop elements, strong guitar sound alternates with quiet arrangements and Anette's vocals sound great on any song. From the presentation here, there is also nothing to complain about, cover and booklet are beautifully decorated.
Identify real favorite on the album is hard, there really is every song in my opinion, an absolute highlight. Currently there are with me well, "Shine" and "Hear me" that appeal to me the most, but as I said, they are all great. Ten truly wonderful and unique in itself songs monotony comes on at any time.
A better start to the solo career would Anette can hardly succeed, I think. I am happy about this great album and I hope that many others will see it too. Positive feedback has earned "Shine" in any case, Anette.
