For several days I am also the proud owner of such an object. The different opinions here have made me curious. I (female, 51, normal weight, still fairly athletic, joints slightly chipped) have made the following experiences with it: - The best way to increase it barefoot, then slip away not the feet. - Without the supplied small anti-slip mat, slide the object is indeed a little rum (advantage: you can also rotate ...), with the mat it is below but bombproof already, I could not stop turning or "wander" so. - Try to 3-4 with his hands on the table, it was relatively easy to climb it free and balncieren (side and front / rear). On a walk is also nice ... - I used the normal therapy gyro and a balance board made of wood, higher than that of Casall tried. The wooden was even better, but is also much more expensive. - The loveless "Mini-Guide" with a few exercises but already has me disappointed. One can use this property to make a lot more determined. - The exercises described on my knees I would not recommend (in any case not without intermediate support), one wants to finally keep his knees skin but :-) - For pushups in my opinion is a bit too small for the area. - I have great interest felt the exercises while sitting, for me it is so controlled in any case much more difficult to balance.
