Sonically, and it occurred to me that the cable adheres rather to what the source device delivers. It is omitted or glossed over anything that is, neutral sound and dynamic playing style manifests in very detail-rich. My previous product from Hama which was outwardly "difficult" and equipped with high end connectors, the sound compared ironed something smooth. The differences move on subtle levels. This cable disturb me only the small plastic plugs that come along little reassuring, especially since they also feel cheap. The cable is flexible and with approx 4mm relatively thin, at least half as "thick" as my predecessor cable. But this is due to sound mean anything, even showing my above assessment.
Conclusion: the price, the absolute value of cable. Who wants to sound slightly more (and more goes at Toslink barely) must constructively use much more sophisticated cable and thus hang at least a zero to the price (before the decimal point).
Packaging is unspectacular sparingly, even times of exception to open without scissors and purity recyclable.
