The optics I find super, but in the application show in comparison to the Garmin significant deviations:
If you train with runners who are using a Garmin one begins by stating again that the satellite acquisition often takes about a minute or two longer. The measured distances were shorter at the Timex compare with Garmin rule, the deviation of 10 km was up to 100m.
Annoying are the constantly fluctuating Pace values. One must plan to see if the value is stable to divine order, that's probably a correct value again. So you can control his pace barely. I have not experienced such in my Garmin 305 previously. The Timex constantly shows Pace changes by as much as 30 seconds / km - while maintaining the same tempo - already near trees and bushes.
Yesterday my Timex also revealed multiple heart rate changes by more than ten punches upwards - despite flat road, a constant movement speed and without that I had additional burdens / realized.
Perhaps other users have what to look for better experiences or tips is to get more consistent display.
