Apple, which is not at all ..

this is the first Apple product which I'm disappointed in every respect! This is not about the fact that - as you would expect from Apple - many features to bring the different network players / STB are not available (for example, DLNA access, Web browser, etc..), But rather that there simply has not mastered the core functions satisfactorily ,
I wanted to utilize the AppleTV to a picture and contents etc. from my iPad to "stream" the other for Internet radio.
The failed all along the line. The screen sharing on the iPad comes in 4: 3 on the TV - super - instead is that scaled to 1080P. However, many content and apps can not stream over "AirPlay". In my view, disappointing and therefore unusable. I would have expected that just this "core function" of the AppleTV in all constellations "premium standard" works. So I no black bars on my TV have if I want to show vacation photos on the iPad. The sharing via iTunes on a "Home Sharing" has also not working properly. This one needs but to utilize, for example, remote control apps ... Last but not least then RECOURSE only Internet radio left. This pleases me not optically - but much worse - I can not for stations looking let alone create favorites .The is not at all (!). I can not click every time through 300,000 channels until I found the desired ?! Apple - which you can not be serious. The best would presumably then. nor the variant AppleTV (2nd Gen) + Jailbreak. Then the device can perhaps bring a real added value in the living room. So it is not even the (theoretically favorable) 100 value.

Conclusion: I'm really disappointed. In my opinion an absolute flop.
